Meet Your Therapist
Christine Robinson, LCSW
At Intentional Healing & Counseling, I created a space where healing is approached with grace, purpose, and empathy. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to walking alongside individuals, teens, and families as they move through life’s challenges.
Whether you’re navigating transitions, processing trauma, struggling with substance use, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, this is a space to grow at your own pace. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe and supported.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start, and I’ll meet you there.

Therapeutic Approaches
At Intentional Healing & Counseling, therapy is more than just conversation. It’s intentional work guided by compassion, grace, and evidence-based care.
I blend practical tools like CBT and trauma-informed approaches with a warm, relational style.
Whether we’re exploring past wounds, building coping skills, or navigating present struggles, I meet you where you are with empathy, encouragement, and a focus on lasting growth.
You’re not expected to have it all figured out. We take each step together on purpose.
Services
Adult & Teen Counseling
Whether you’re an adult navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or personal growth, or a teen managing school stress, identity changes, or relationships, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and build coping tools that support your pace and goals. Each session offers a safe, judgment-free space for clarity, empowerment, and emotional resilience so you can move forward with confidence and purpose

Family Counseling
Families face challenges that can impact everyone, whether it’s communication breakdowns, transitions, or conflict between parents and children. In family counseling, we work to rebuild trust, promote understanding, and strengthen the family unit.
These sessions are collaborative and supportive, giving each family member a voice. My goal is to help your family move from frustration to connection, creating a more harmonious and supportive home environment.

Recovery-Focused Counseling
Healing from substance use requires compassion, structure, and a nonjudgmental space to grow. Recovery-focused counseling provides just that. Whether you’re newly sober, in long-term recovery, or navigating relapses, our work together will support your progress.
We’ll explore triggers, develop relapse prevention strategies, and work on rebuilding a meaningful life. This counseling is strengths-based and tailored to help you reclaim control, purpose, and hope through every stage of your journey.
